In the past we have been very fortunate in selling a couple of Dorset buck lambs that have made a pretty good impact on the breed. TW obviously needs no introduction and California Chrome made a very quick name for himself. We feel 9662 is in that same league as those two and then some. The pictures do a better job of describing him phenotypically than I can, and genetically he’s pretty intriguing too. His Granddam is California Chromes mother, and his mom has a shot of Heisdorffer’s Clutch buck in there. We have found that very few Purebred Dorset buck lambs come around that look like this and if you do find them it’s very hard to buy them. Here’s your chance to get in on one that we think has unlimited potential to generate revenue not only by siring elite offspring, but the semen sales could be through the roof. We do want to point out that while this buck lamb is 100% purebred and Registered he does have some black spots around his nose. He’s a triplet and both his brother and sister are completely clean, luck of the draw in the sheep business I suppose.
