College students if you haven't got your summer internship lined up yet check these out. Some great opportunities and deadlines to apply are coming up SOON!


National Junior Limousin Show & Congress Internship


The North American Limousin Junior Association is offering a paid internship for the duration of the National Junior Limousin Show & Congress (NJLSC) June 29 -July 5. The internship will provide training and work experience in association work.

Eligibility:

Applicants must be a 2019 high school graduate or older. Applicants cannot be exhibitors or competitors at the 2019 NJLSC.The applicant should be detail oriented, outgoing, can work well with all types of people, and be a self-starter who can work on their own.

Animal Agriculture Alliance




Our internship program provides students and recent graduates with leadership, communication and marketing experience while helping to bridge the communication gap between farm and fork. Interns are able to network with hundreds of Alliance members and help develop our annual events and initiatives.


Internship Opportunities

We offer paid internship positions throughout the year (1 position in spring, 2 in summer, 1 in fall). All positions are full-time (40 hours/week) and based in the Alliance’s office located in Arlington, VA near the Courthouse Metro Station.


Alliance interns assist with social media content production, research of key issues in animal agriculture, media monitoring, legislative tracking, developing reports and member resources and a variety of other projects along with supporting the Alliance team in executing projects like the annual Stakeholders Summit, College Aggies Online, trade show booths, marketing campaigns and more. Interns function as full-fledged members of the Alliance team and will be asked to contribute at a high level to help us achieve our mission of bridging the communication gap between farm and fork.



Candidates should have a passion for agriculture, willingness to learn, and excellent oral and written communications skills. Interested candidates, please complete the online application form.

Paid internship. Lodging and most meals are covered. Interns are responsible for travel to and from the show initially.
